• Each grid has numbered clues.
• Drag to draw a rectangle around each number.
• Every rectangle's area must equal its number, and each rectangle must contain exactly one number.
• Fill the entire board to solve the puzzle.

Is Recto free?
Yes. Recto is completely free. Extra hints can be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad. There are no subscriptions or purchases.

How do I save my progress across devices?
Sign in with Game Center. Your puzzle progress will sync automatically across your Apple devices. Signing in is optional.

I'm stuck on a puzzle. Can I get help?
Use the in-game hint button to reveal the most logical next move. You can undo any move at any time.

How do I change ad tracking settings?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. Ads will still work without tracking, but will be non-personalized.
